Payment and Refunds

Course fees are stated clearly at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. All fees are in the currency displayed at checkout.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20 percent of the course content. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Certain promotional or discounted courses may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated.

Course Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making significant changes to course content you have purchased. Discontinued courses will remain accessible for a minimum of 12 months after discontinuation.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

Outstanding payments remain due
Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability survive termination
No refunds will be issued for violations resulting in termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Termination does not entitle you to refunds outside our stated refund policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration. Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
